Opt-in and Opt-out Procedures
Opting-In: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you START your subscription to ODC Supply's SMS alert program. You expressly consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., order updates, cart reminders) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opting-Out: You can STOP receiving SMS messages from us at any time. Simply text STOP to our short code or reply STOP to any message you receive. After we process your request, we will send one final message to confirm you have UNSUBSCRIBED successfully. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific program unless you re-enroll.

Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with ODC Supply and the types of alerts you have opted to receive. Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roams charges. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans. ODC Supply does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.
Third-Party Disclosure
ODC Supply respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. In order to provide our SMS services, we may share information with our service providers who assist us in delivering messages to you. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose and are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data. We may also disclose information if required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes or protect the rights and property of ODC Supply.
